Ethiopia is one of the ancient and multi cultural countries in the world. There are more than 80 ethnic groups and languages in Ethiopia. Each ethic group has its own cultural practices and foods. The most common foods among almost all cultures are Injera and Doro Wat. Injera is a soft and fluffy bread made with a grain called Teff. And Doro wat is a chicken stew with lot of onions and a spicy called Berbere.
This site is created to make a small introduction of Ethiopia and to provide some recipes of few Ethiopian foods.
